How to Enable the Reviews Module in Your Store? #

1. Go to your WordPress site dashboard.
2. Navigate to Booster > Plugins.
3. Open the options available in the Marketing category (All Plugins tab).
4. For the Reviews plugin in this section, toggle the button towards Enable.
5. Click the Save Changes button.

Now, you can start editing plugin settings to customize Reviews as per your needs.

How to Create or Edit the Content of Your Reviews? #

Reviews, created using this Booster for WooCommerce module, will appear in your store/site for all users as a reviews. Learn how to set review text, rating, upload image and video, and Pros and cons for the product in the next few steps:

1. Go to Booster > All Plugins > Marketing > Reviews.
2. Expand the Reviews section.
3. Click the General Options tab.
4. List of General options related to the Reviews
   • Enable by User Role: This option helps to choose user role by selecting an option from the user role dropdown.
   • Product Categories – Include: This option helps to include categories of the product by selecting an option from the categories dropdown.
   • Product Categories – Exclude: This option helps to exclude categories of the product by selecting an option from the categories dropdown.
   • Sorting Reviews Order: This option helps to sort the review order by selecting an option from the sorting reviews dropdown.
   • Click Save Changes.

How to Set Additional Rating Criteria? #

The Reviews Module allows you to add extra rating questions that will appear on the review form.

By setting a addtional rating critaria, you can enhance your customer’s shopping experience.

1. Go to Booster > All Plugins > Marketing > Reviews.
2. Expand the Reviews section.
3. Click the Review From Options tab.
4. Click Save Changes, and these settings will work for your WooCommerce store.

Explanation of Review Form Options Settings:

• Total Additional Rating Criteria: By this option you can get more info about product review. you can increase the numbers of additional rating critaria. After selecting any number don’t forget to click Save Changes.
• Label #1:This option helps to set labels.
• Rating #1: This option helps to set ratings.
• Images/Videos: By this option you can enable/disable image and video option for review form.
• Terms and Conditions Checkbox:If You Enable this option T&C checkbox will show in review form.
• Terms and Conditions Desc:By this option you can change desc for T&C.

How to Set pros and cons settings option for reviews? #

While using the Reviews modules, you can set a review form with product pros and cons fields.

Here’s how you can enable the pros and cons fields for reviews.

1. Go to Booster > All Plugins > Marketing > Reviews
2. Expand the Reviews section.
3. Click the Pros and Cons tab.
4. Click on the Enable option.
5. You can change the labels for Pros and Cons.
6. Click the Save Changes button to save the settings

Once you enable the Pros and Cons option, the pros and cons text fields will appear in the review form within the reviews section on the product page.

How to Exports Reviews? #

To use the Module Tools “Export Reviews” with Reviews plugin for your WooCommerce and Booster setup, you must first enable the Reviews Plugin.

Here’s how you can Export the reviews.

1. Go to Booster > All Plugins > Marketing > Reviews
2. Expand the Reviews section.
3. Click the Tool option.

Once you click on Exports Reviews link you will see the list of reviews.

Resetting Reviews Plugin Settings #
