Overview #
WooCommerce Free Price Labels plugin allows you to set customized labels for free products or for products with zero price. It allows you to customize the display of free products on your e-commerce website.
Using the plugin for your WooCommerce plugin is a very useful marketing tactic for special items. For example, if you want to advertise that purchasing one item will get the customer another item at no cost, then having customized labels for free products is very resourceful. Custom labels such as “Free” or “Special Gift” for free products can help.
The WooCommerce Free Price Labels plugin works for all types of WooCommerce products, such as:
- Simple and Custom Products
- Variable Products
- Grouped Products
- External Products
Additionally, it allows you to set different labels by view, including Single Product Page, Related Products, Homepage, Pages (e.g., Shortcodes), and Archives (Product Categories).
Enabling Free Price Labels for WooCommerce #
To enable and use the Free Price Labels plugin, you should first download and install Booster for WooCommerce.
- Go to the Booster > Plugins page.
- Navigate to the Button & Price Labels category.
- Select the Enable option for the Free Price Labels from here.
- Save Changes.
How to Customize Free Price Labels in WooCommerce #
Note: All the sections on the Free Price Labels Module Options page – Simple and Custom Products, Variable Products, Grouped Products, and External Products – have the same set of fields. So, the field descriptions given in the table below apply to all the sections.

You can set the free price labels for different pages for your store’s simple and custom products by configuring the options in this tab.
Variable Products #
You can set the free price labels for different pages for your store’s variable products by configuring the options in this tab.
Grouped Products #
You can set the free price labels for different pages for your store’s grouped products by configuring the options in this tab.
External Products #
You can set the free price labels for different pages for your store’s external products by configuring the options in this tab.
