WooCommerce orders auto-complete; custom admin order list columns; admin order currency

WooCommerce Orders module’s sections:

  • Admin Order Currency
  • Orders Auto-Complete
  • Admin Orders List Custom Columns
  • Admin Orders List Multiple Status
  • Admin Orders List Columns Order

Admin Order Currency

If you need to change order currency for existing order you can do so in this section. This may help if you are creating order manually i.e. from admin dashboard.

Admin Order Currency Method option lets you choose if you want changed order currency to be saved directly to DB, or if you want to use filter. When using filter method, changes will be active only when “Admin Order Currency” section is enabled. When using directly to DB method, changes will be permanent, that is even if Booster plugin is removed.

After section is enabled, metabox with currency selection drop down (with all shop’s currencies) is added to each order’s edit page.

Orders Auto-Complete

If you’re selling digital products, you can give your customers instant gratification with the orders auto-complete function. When enabled, all new orders will be automatically marked as status completed.

Admin Orders List Custom Columns

With Booster you can add custom columns to admin order list. Best way to add columns is to use Booster’s orders shortcodes. For example you can add order’s items total weight to admin order list with [wcj_order_items_total_weight] shortcode.

Admin Orders List:

Admin Orders List Multiple Status

In this section you add extend standard order by status selection in admin order list.

You can add checkboxes or multiple select list, so admin can select multiple order status. If you need to style the checkboxes with CSS, use #wcj_admin_filter_shop_order_statuses.

There is also option to add all not completed orders link.

Admin Orders List Columns Order

If you wish to change the columns order in admin order list, you can do so with this section. Just enter columns in required order, one column ID per line.

In Jetpack Plus I have opted for a Checkout Custom Fields Options with a checkbox. However, I cannot find where I set the options for the checkbox.
Can you help? A cannot seem to locate any documentation that would help.

Yes, the documentation is incomplete – sorry for that, will extend.
Regarding “Checkout Custom Fields” – all options are in WooCommerce > Settings > Jetpack > CHECKOUT > Custom Checkout Fields. Or did you mean something else?

      Best regards,

The “set minimum order amount” only admits full numbers. For example my minimal purchase is 16.53 (excluding taxes, because there’s no other option, it would be also nice to have it btw). It only allows me 16 or 17. How can I expand it in order to allow complete quantities not only full nombers.

    Thank you.

When I set the minimum order to $100 for example and I place a dummy order for $95 I am expecting to see an error pop up notice to tell me there is a minimum order level but nothing appears. The default statement is: “You must have an order with a minimum of %s to place your order, your current order total is %s.”

Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

    Thank you.
BTW, this is the best extension for WooCommerce ever. keep up the great work.

      Dear Bob,

are you still having an issue? We tested it on our test server, and it works well.

I don’t want all orders auto-completed, but only those with a total value of 0 (thanks to 100% discount coupons and/or free products). Does orders auto-complete do what I need or does it really auto-complete *all* orders?

    • Valentin Solovjov September 22, 2015 at 8:39 am #

      Dear Roland,

We will add this feature to our to-do list, will let you, know when it is available.
Sorry but we could not setup deadline for new features.

Is there any way to set different minimum order amount for different cities or zip codes in woocommerce?

  7. Mark Cooper November 2, 2015 at 6:33 am #

Is there a way to have the auto-complete only mark it complete if payment was received? You enable the check/cheque option (or set it up for Purchase Orders), the feature still marks the order complete even before payment has been received. It would be helpful if the order was marked as complete only if payment has been received.

      Hi Mark,

Sorry this it not possible for this moment, we will add that feature to our to-do list. And sorry, we could not setup deadline for new features. We will let you know when/if it will be available.

    Hi There,
Minimum order warning msg is not coming up on the cart anymore.
Add notice to cart page also is ticked, but msg no longer appears in red on the cart warning the customers they have not yet reached the minimum order required like it used to. So the customer will have no idea why they keep getting returned to the cart when clicking on the checkout button.

Thanks for all the work you do team, really like your plugin!

just tested on our test server, everything looks working fine. It looks like that we probably have incompatibility with theme or other plugins. We will contact you via our ticketing system.

HI I want to add a link to the product page in an auto email so users can leave a review on the product they purchased once their status has been set to x.
I can’t find the shortcode for this. Any help appreciated.
