    Hi,
    I use custom order email.
In the order summary product table, when i display item name, it displays the product name, the product variation and the line “_reduced_stock:”.
    How to hide the “_reduced_stock”?
It does display to customer order confirmation too and we don’t want that.

    Thanks

    Yes, how to share screenshots?

    #44496

Please upload the screenshots to any popular cloud service (Dropbox, Google Drive etc) and share the links. Assuming there is no private information on the screenshots, we will look in to this matter right away.

Hi, when I post an URL here I think Wordfence blocks it.

OK, we have to remove the h t t p s to publish the link. I think you should change your forum security setup.

    I have the same problem!
We don’t want the “_reduced_stock” line on the invoice to appear.
It must be a CSS hack to remove it.
Please, any CSS Magicians out there help! 🙂
    Thanks in advance!

2 updates since my initial post, and no correction of this bug, despite the developper answer :
“We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the bugs you reported, and our support team has received your report and will work to resolve it as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.” on Feb., 20.
