Pre-order Plugin at Work

1. Edit General Options Pre-order functionality

Prevent mixing pre-order products with regular products during checkout for a smoother experience. You can also control who can pre-order by using the “Allowed User Roles” option. By default, pre-orders are available to all users, but you can limit it to specific user roles if needed.

2. Out of Stock Options

• You can auto-enable pre-orders for out-of-stock products, or enable them manually if you prefer.
• Customers can include or exclude specific categories for pre-order products.
• Customers can also include or exclude individual products using the out-of-stock option.
• You can set the Default Availability Days to show when the product will be available.
• There is a Default Price Type option to set a default price for pre-order products.

3. Customize the pre-order button for pre-order products.

Customers can Customize the pre-order button by using the “Button Customization”. Customers have so many options to customize the button which are as follows:

• Pre-order Button Text: This option helps customers to change the button text.
• Button Background Color: This option helps customers to change the button background color.
• Button Text Color: This option helps customers to change the button text color.
• Button Hover Background Color: This option helps customers to change the button background color on hover.
• Button Hover Text Color: This option helps customers to change the button text color on hover.

Customers can personalize the message for pre-order products by using the Message Customization option. Message Customization options are as follows:
1) Pre-order Message: Customers can set the pre-order message for the pre-order product which will show on the product’s Page.
2) Message Style: Customers can set the Message Style by using the selecting options.
3) Custom Message Text Color: If customers choose custom option from the Message style option then they can set the color for that custom message.

4. Shipping Options for pre-order products

When Enable Free shipping option it will apply free shipping for all the pre-order products. Customers can set the Free Shipping Label and If you want to remove any other options and want to show only free shipping options you can use “Force Free Shipping Only” option.

Important Note: Please Clear WooCommerce shipping caches (WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear transients).
Refresh the cart after enabling the settings.

5. Pre-orders fee Options for pre-order products

When Enable the Pre-order Fee option, you are able to add the fee for pre-order products. With this option, you can set the “Fee Title” and “Fee Amount”. Customers can Exclude/Include the product categories and Customers can Exclude/Include the User Role.

6. Email Notification Options for pre-order products

This option helps to set the notification through the email for client and users both. which will help the users to track the pre-order. there are different types of notifications available which are as follows:

• Admin: New Pre-order purchase
• Admin: Release Date Approching
• Admin: Out of Stock to Pre-order
• Customer: Pre-order Confirmation
• Customer: Product Release
