Thanks for your message. Please try to upgrade the plugin manually. You can follow the below steps.
1. Download the latest plugin file from your booster account
2. Upload the zip file from Admin >> Plugins >> Add New >> Upload Plugin
3. After uploading this when you will be asked for overwriting the plugin folder or not. Please select the yes option.
Overwrite the plugin folder. This may take 1-2mins max.Let us know if you have further queries.

You did give it a try using the wp-config.php file but didn’t work. issue is because of the server resources. so you will need to check this with hosting support.

This could be a memory issue. You can try to increase memory by adding the below code to the wp-config.php file.

Please try the following steps and see if the issue is resolved.
1) Go to Booster settings
2) Go to “Emails and Misc”
3) Click on “Emails and Misc” –> “General” setting
4) Change “Session Type in Booster” to “WC Sessions” (it should have been set to “Standard PHP sessions”).David G
