I think you have not added the plugin license key. Please add a key first then it will allow you to update from your plugin page.

Also, if still, you are unable to update the plugin then you can manually download the plugin from the below link and then you can upload the plugin manually to the website.

In the ‘wp_options’ table just find the ‘wcj_global_discount_sale_products_incl_1’ option_name here you can find the ids of the included products in the global discount.
