Check for updates not working

I have a few sites on version 5.6.6. I get no message to update. When clicking check for update, nothing changes. What do you recommend to update to latest version? I want to avoid loosing the current setup.

Yes, same with me: regularly no update message within WP. Have to download newest version and install it manually. Individual setup is preserved.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I think you have not added the plugin license key. Please add a key first then it will allow you to update from your plugin page.

Also, if still, you are unable to update the plugin then you can manually download the plugin from the below link and then you can upload the plugin manually to the website.
