If you are using this shortcode directly then sorry for now, there is no option to make it required field. But if you have added are using the checkout field from the “Checkout custom fields” module then you will be able to make it required. Please see the below screenshot.

If you set the visibility method to “Both”, then you will get two options on the product edit page.
For ex. If you set visibility for Product 1 – Country 1 and make the other field blank then that product will not display in the remaining countries.
