Product upgrade failed in WordPress

I upgraded my free version of booster (downloaded from the wordpress plugin store) with a licensed one.
After paying i received the full version and installed it on wordpress, uploading it in the add plugin section.
After that i put the generated key into the booster settings, the key was valid (as stated by the setting page).
Now if i try to get past the free limitations, i just can’t.
In particular, the product add-on feature is still working only with just 1 field and i need more.
The labels on the settings pages still note that i have free version (…”1 product for free version”.. etc etc).
It seems that the version is not perceived as pro but still as free.
I tried to open a ticket in the support page but no one answered me.
