Preserve VAT in Base Country By Billing country

Dear All,

it seems that “Preserve VAT in Base Country By Billing country” in “EU VAT Number” does not work – it exempts VAT if base country matches the Billing country (it should not exempt).

I can only use “Preserve VAT in Base Country By Shipping country” (it works as it should).

Environment:

Session Type in Booster in “Emails & Misk” is set to WC sessions (without this option “Exempt VAT” does not work at all)
Boooster plus 7.2.3
WP version 6.6.2
