“Gateways Fees and Discounts” question

Hi!

I have enabled “Gateways Fees and Discounts” and there I have configured additional fee for “Cash on delivery” payment method.

But I would like this additional fee only to be enabled for other shipping methods but not for “Local pickup” shipping method.

Is there a way to achieve this?
