    Hello, I have been using Custom fields for at least five years and it has always worked well. On old sites it still works well, but now when I go to activate it on new sites, the custom fields are not added to the billing page. Maybe something has changed in the Woocommerce pages? To replicate the problem just create a brand new Woocommerce website and add a Custom field to the checkout page.

    I created a testbed on https://www.studiolaregina.com/wordpress/wp-admin/

    Hello, just found the problem. The custom fields are compatible with Classic checkout page but aren’t compatible with new Block checkout page. Please check and fix this.

    Hi @frankthequeen,

    Thanks for the detailed report.

    The custom fields are currently fully compatible with the Classic checkout.

    For now, please switch to the Classic checkout as a workaround.
