Currency per Product – Mini Cart keeps changing currency symbol

I have enabled Currency per Product:

– Convert to Shop Default Currency
– Total Currencies: 2

– Pesos Uruguayos ($)
– Dolares Americanos (USD)

When I use the “Add to Cart” button from the home page Product Tiles, the Mini Cart does the correct conversion to the default currency, but the symbol gets updated to the latest product added.

This does not happen when I add a product from the product detail page.

Can anybody help me fix this?
