Coupon customization

Current scenario:

We have a customer who uses coupon codes to award their employees with the ability to order an item free of charge and also free shipping.

These items are award items so they cannot be purchased unless they have a “Diamond” code. This code can only be used for one Diamond award item in the cart.

I tried looking at the coupon documentation to see if I could possible use the extension or extend it even but the documentation links go to the “show tax” documentation which is not all that helpful.

Anyone have any idea if I can accomplish this with Booster?
