All products show “Options” box/Product tabs content missing since upgrade

Since I updated the plugin, there have been numerous issues that make me want to uninstall – the most serious of which are now all pages show an “Options” box regardless if there are any product addons enabled on the product, and maybe most importantly, all of the Product Tab options have been wiped out!

How do I get the tab content back?
