We’ve been thrilled with Booster’s success and our ability to provide a dedicated customer service team to our customers for the past six years. But we have to be honest — the ongoing technical support we’ve been offering with our Lifetime licenses simply
isn’t sustainable as a business model. It has created unintended business consequences – like an overwhelmed support staff and mounting operational costs. Adopting this more robust and sustainable business model aligns with
current best practices and allows us to provide world-class premium technical support and respond to tickets submitted Monday – Friday within 48 business hours.
Who is affected by this change starting Dec 1st, 2020?
Starting December 1, 2020, an active subscription to our support services will need to be purchased by our Lifetime license customers in order to access our world-class premium technical support.
- If you purchased a Lifetime license for a single site or unlimited sites before December 1, 2019, your support ends on December 1, 2020.
- If you purchased a Lifetime license for a single site or unlimited sites between December 1, 2019, and October 31st, 2020, your access to premium customer support ends one year from your purchase date.
- If you purchased a Lifetime license after November 1, 2020, you have access to three months of world-class premium technical support. You’ll also have the option to extend that support through one of our subscription
packages either at a discount at the time of your license purchase or separately as a stand-alone support subscription at a slightly higher cost.
Who is NOT Affected by This Change?
If you’ve purchased a yearly, subscription-based single or unlimited sites license, nothing changes! You’ll continue to receive the support service included in your subscription.
