Hello, I have been using Custom fields for at least five years and it has always worked well. On old sites it still works well, but now when I go to activate it on new sites, the custom fields are not added to the billing page. Maybe something has changed in the Woocommerce pages? To replicate the problem just create a brand new Woocommerce website and add a Custom field to the checkout page.
Hello, just found the problem. The custom fields are compatible with Classic checkout page but aren’t compatible with new Block checkout page. Please check and fix this.
